ประเทศไทยเจ้าภาพประชุม FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter ครั้งที่ 26 ฉลอง 40 ปีเครือข่ายผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายนานาชาติ ยกระดับความร่วมมือรับมืออาชญากรรมข้ามชาติยุคดิจิทัล

พล.ต.ท.อาชยน ไกรทอง ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ในฐานะหัวหน้าฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดประชุม 26th FBI NAA Asia Pacific Chapter Retraining Conference เปิดเผยว่า ประเทศไทยได้รับเกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม 26th FBI NAA Asia Pacific Chapter Retraining Conference ระหว่างวันที่ 7–10 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมแกรนด์ เซนเตอร์ พอยต์ ลุมพินี กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างสมาคมนักเรียนเก่า FBI National Academy แห่งประเทศไทย (FBINAAT) และสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ซึ่งเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวบรวมผู้บังคับบัญชาตำรวจและผู้แทนหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ในภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และร่วมกำหนดแนวทางรับมือกับอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติในยุคดิจิทัล

พล.ต.ท.อาชยน กล่าวว่า การประชุมในปีนี้มีความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษ เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 40 ปีของ FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter ภายใต้แนวคิด “United in Action: Combating Transnational Organized Crime in the Digital Age”

และคำขวัญ “Together We Grow, Together We Protect” ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันของหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายในการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติที่มีความซับซ้อนและเชื่อมโยงกันมากขึ้นในโลกดิจิทัล

การประชุมครั้งนี้จะเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ องค์ความรู้ และแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในด้านการสืบสวนสอบสวน การปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางไซเบอร์ การค้ามนุษย์ การฟอกเงิน ยาเสพติด และอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมาย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรม ตลอดจนยกระดับความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคงของประชาชนในภูมิภาค

พล.ต.ท.อาชยน กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า การที่ประเทศไทยได้รับความไว้วางใจให้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมครั้งนี้ นับเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทและศักยภาพของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ สะท้อนถึงความเชื่อมั่นของเครือข่ายผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายทั่วโลกที่มีต่อประเทศไทย และแสดงให้เห็นถึงความพร้อมของประเทศในการเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคง การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย และการรับมือกับภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ในภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก

สมาคม FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) เป็นองค์กรระหว่างประเทศที่ประกอบด้วยสมาชิกซึ่งเป็นผู้บังคับบัญชาตำรวจและเจ้าหน้าที่บังคับใช้กฎหมายระดับอาวุโสกว่า 14,000 คน จาก 173 ประเทศทั่วโลก ที่ผ่านการอบรมจาก FBI National Academy ณ เมืองควอนติโก รัฐเวอร์จิเนีย สหรัฐอเมริกา ขณะที่ FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter ครอบคลุมสมาชิกจาก 49 ประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิก และได้รับการยอมรับในฐานะหนึ่งในเครือข่ายวิชาชีพด้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมายที่เข้มแข็งและทรงอิทธิพลที่สุดของโลก

การประชุมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ของผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายจากนานาประเทศเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อรับมือกับอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติและภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคง เศรษฐกิจ และความปลอดภัยของประชาชนทั่วโลก อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนในอนาคต

Thailand Hosts the 26th FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter Retraining Conference, celebrating 40 years of international law enforcement cooperation and advancing collaboration against transnational crime in the digital era.
Police Lieutenant General Archayon Kraithong, Commissioner of the Narcotics Suppression Bureau and Head of Public Relations for the 26th FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) Asia Pacific Chapter Retraining Conference, announced that Thailand has been honored to serve as the host country for the 26th FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter Retraining Conference, to be held from 7–10 June 2026 at the Grande Centre Point Lumphini Hotel, Bangkok. The conference is organized through the collaboration between the FBI National Academy Associates of Thailand (FBINAAT) and the Royal Thai Police. It serves as a significant platform bringing together senior police executives and representatives of law enforcement agencies from countries across the Asia-Pacific region to exchange knowledge, strengthen professional networks, and jointly formulate strategies to address transnational crime in the digital era.
Police Lieutenant General Archayon stated that this year’s conference holds particular significance as it marks the 40th Anniversary of the FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter under the theme “United in Action: Combating Transnational Organized Crime in the Digital Age” and the slogan “Together We Grow, Together We Protect.” These reflect the shared commitment of law enforcement agencies to preventing and suppressing increasingly complex and interconnected forms of transnational crime in today’s digital world.
The conference will provide an important forum for the exchange of experiences, expertise, and best practices in areas including criminal investigation, cybercrime suppression, human trafficking, money laundering, narcotics-related offenses, and various forms of transnational crime. It will also promote stronger cooperation among law enforcement agencies, enhance operational effectiveness in crime prevention and suppression, and contribute to improving public safety and security throughout the region.
Police Lieutenant General Archayon further emphasized that Thailand’s selection as host of this conference reaffirms the role and capabilities of the Royal Thai Police on the international stage. It reflects the confidence and trust placed in Thailand by the global law enforcement community and demonstrates the country’s readiness to serve as a regional hub for cooperation in security, law enforcement, and responses to emerging threats across the Asia-Pacific region.
The FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) is an international organization comprising more than 14,000 police executives and senior law enforcement officers from 173 countries worldwide who have completed training at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, the United States. The FBINAA Asia Pacific Chapter encompasses members from 49 countries across the Asia-Pacific region and is widely recognized as one of the most influential and robust professional law enforcement networks in the world.
This conference is not only a venue for the exchange of knowledge and professional experience among law enforcement practitioners from various countries, but also a significant step toward strengthening international cooperation in addressing transnational crime and emerging threats that impact global security, economic stability, and public safety.
